How to get your DSC online

A fully paperless, Aadhaar-based process — most applications are approved the same day.

Choose your certificate type, holder and validity, and enter your PAN & basic details on the secure idSign application.

Aadhaar eKYC

Verify your identity with an Aadhaar OTP-based eKYC. No physical documents to courier.

Video verification

Record a short video showing your original documents (see the checklist below). This is a CCA requirement.

Pay securely

Pay on the application — the exact, all-inclusive price is shown before you confirm.

Download to your token

On approval (usually the same day), download the certificate to a FIPS-certified USB token and start signing.

Video KYC — what to show

Keep your original documents ready. What you display depends on your entity type; a few common cases:

Individual (PAN-based)

Original PAN card and the address-proof document you uploaded. (Aadhaar-based: showing documents is optional.)

Proprietor / Partner / Director (with GST)

Your original PAN card (plus the partnership deed / LLP deed where applicable). Without GST, also show a bank statement and business registration certificate.

Employee signing for an organisation

Your PAN plus the authorisation letter / board resolution, and the deed or list of directors as applicable.

DGFT & Document Signer

DGFT: also display the IEC certificate. Document Signer: display the Class 2 or Class 3 declaration letter as applicable.
